Job Overview

TechForcePros is seeking a highly skilled Senior Advanced Salesforce Analyst with a minimum of 8 years of experience. This role demands a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its various clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.), integration capabilities, and extensive customization options. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions for a diverse set of clients. As a Senior Advanced Salesforce Technical Consultant, you will work closely with stakeholders to assess business needs, design technical solutions, and implement Salesforce functionalities that enhance business processes. You will also mentor junior consultants, provide thought leadership, and drive innovation in CRM technology. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions will be key to delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Salesforce Expertise and Technical Leadership
  • Deep Salesforce Knowledge: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including its data model, security framework, and cloud capabilities, to design and implement scalable and robust solutions. Expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs is essential.
  • Customization and Configuration: Lead the customization and configuration of Salesforce applications to meet client-specific requirements. Utilize Salesforce’s point-and-click tools, as well as custom development, to extend the platform’s capabilities and provide tailored solutions.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure all Salesforce implementations adhere to industry standards and best practices for security and compliance. Manage user roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets to maintain data privacy and security.
2. Solution Design and Architecture
  • Business Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to understand client business processes, pain points, and objectives. Perform gap analysis and requirements gathering to inform solution design and development.
  • Technical Solution Architecture: Design comprehensive Salesforce solutions that align with client business needs, considering scalability, performance, and future growth. Develop technical specifications, data models, and integration architectures to support project goals.
  • Implementation and Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions, from initial setup and configuration to deployment and post-implementation support. Manage project deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
3. Integration and Data Management
  • Integration Strategy: Develop and implement integration strategies to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, marketing automation platforms, and third-party applications. Utilize Salesforce Connect, MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration tools to facilitate seamless data exchange and process automation.
  • Data Migration and Management: Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of data into Salesforce. Develop data models, mapping strategies, and data governance frameworks to maintain data integrity and consistency.
  • Interface Development and Maintenance: Design and build interfaces between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring data synchronization and real-time updates. Monitor and maintain integrations to ensure ongoing performance and reliability.
4. System Optimization and Continuous Improvement
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize Salesforce performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance system efficiency and user experience. Conduct regular system audits and health checks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Innovation and Enhancement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends. Proactively recommend and implement enhancements that leverage new Salesforce capabilities and align with client business goals.
  • Automation and Streamlining: Design and implement automation solutions using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and custom Apex triggers to streamline business processes and reduce manual interventions.
5. Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboard Development
  • Advanced Reporting and Analytics: Utilize Salesforce reporting tools, such as Report Builder, Dashboards, and Einstein Analytics, to develop insightful reports and dashboards that provide key metrics and KPIs. Support data-driven decision-making by providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Data Integrity and Quality: Establish data quality standards and implement data validation rules, workflows, and triggers to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Conduct regular data audits and clean-up activities to maintain data integrity.
  • Business Intelligence and Insights: Leverage Salesforce’s analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients. Develop custom reports and dashboards to meet specific business requirements and enhance visibility into key performance indicators.
6. Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Project Leadership: Lead Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate project resources, manage project plans, and track progress against milestones.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and technical expert. Provide regular project updates, facilitate workshops and training sessions, and address client concerns and feedback.
  • Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions. Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
7. Custom Development and Code Optimization
  • Apex and Visualforce Development: Lead the development of custom Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages to extend Salesforce functionality and meet complex business requirements. Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC): Develop and implement custom Lightning Web Components to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces. Leverage LWC to enhance the Salesforce Lightning experience and deliver modern, interactive applications.
  • Code Optimization and Refactoring: Continuously review and optimize custom code to improve performance and maintainability. Refactor legacy code and implement best practices to ensure code quality and reduce technical debt.
8. Training, Documentation, and Support
  • User Training and Adoption: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure successful user adoption of Salesforce solutions. Create training materials, conduct workshops, and provide ongoing support to end-users.
  • Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution design, architecture diagrams, data models, and integration specifications. Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support to address any issues, answer questions, and ensure smooth operation of Salesforce solutions. Conduct regular system reviews and provide recommendations for further optimization and enhancement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, or Salesforce Certified Integration Architect) are highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Consultant, with a strong focus on CRM, system integration, and project management. Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a deep understanding of its architecture, functionality, and best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. Strong technical skills in system configuration, integration, and reporting, with a deep understanding of Salesforce’s security features, business processes, and reporting tools.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing complex Salesforce implementation projects, with a strong focus on stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics, with a focus on promoting data integrity and ensuring accuracy.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner, and provide guidance and advocacy throughout the implementation process.
