Overview:

We are seeking a Senior LinkedIn Marketing Consultant with at least 6 years of experience to lead and execute powerful LinkedIn marketing strategies. The primary focus of this role is to build our client pipeline and drive revenue growth by leveraging LinkedIn’s marketing tools and creating compelling content for both inbound and outbound lead generation. 

The ideal candidate will have proven marketing experience in the HR Technology, IT Systems, or SaaS space, with the ability to craft messages that resonate with these audiences. They will also have a deep understanding of LinkedIn’s platform, audience targeting, and business development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • LinkedIn Marketing Campaigns:
    Formulate and deploy effective LinkedIn marketing campaigns, leveraging tools like Sponsored Content, LinkedIn Ads, and InMail. Develop tailored strategies to build the brand, grow our client base, and meet lead generation goals.
  • Strategic Development:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategy that aligns with TechForcePros’ goals and business objectives. Drive measurable results that directly impact pipeline growth and revenue generation.
  • Audience Identification:
    Identify and segment key audiences, understanding what content resonates with technology professionals. Conduct market research to ensure strategies are targeted and relevant to the professional audience.
  • Content Creation:
    Create compelling, relevant, and engaging content, including articles, posts, videos, and infographics. The content must drive engagement on LinkedIn and X, ensuring it is aligned with industry trends and audience preferences.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
    Monitor and analyze key metrics, including conversion rates, engagement rates, and follower growth. Provide actionable insights and adjustments to optimize ongoing campaigns and boost performance.
  • Lead Generation:
    Manage both outbound lead generation (targeting potential clients through strategic marketing) and inbound lead generation (attracting potential clients through optimized content and campaigns). Drive a sustainable lead pipeline to support business growth.
  • Business Development:
    Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaigns that directly support business development and sales initiatives. Your primary focus will be generating leads that convert into revenue.
  • PowerPoint Proficiency:
    The ideal candidate must be proficient in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, strategy proposals, and campaign performance reports. This includes the ability to present complex data and marketing strategies in a clear, visually appealing, and persuasive manner.
  • WordPress Blogging Expertise:
    Create, style, and publish high-quality corporate blog articles in WordPress, using either the Divi or Elementor theme. Ensure content is SEO-optimized and aligned with the overall digital marketing strategy.
  • A/B Testing:
    Execute A/B testing on content formats, messaging, and calls to action to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates. Utilize test results to refine campaigns and optimize outcomes.
  • Budget Management:
    Manage and optimize the allocated budget for LinkedIn marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective spending that delivers high ROI. Monitor campaign spending to ensure budgets are maximized for lead acquisition and client conversion.

Key Skills and Expertise:

  • LinkedIn Marketing Proficiency:
    At least6 years of hands-on experience using LinkedIn’s marketing solutions, including campaign management, content creation, and audience targeting.
  • HR Technology, IT Systems, or SaaS Marketing Expertise:
    Prior marketing experience in HR Technology, IT Systems, or SaaS sectors is a must. Ability to communicate effectively within these industries and understand their unique needs.
  • Content Creation and Copywriting:
    Proven ability to create impactful, engaging content that resonates with LinkedIn’s professional audience, driving both engagement and lead generation.
  • Analytical Skills:
    Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on performance metrics, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness. Must be adept at using LinkedIn Analytics and other tools to track progress and deliver actionable insights.
  • Business Development and Lead Generation:
    Expertise in generating leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and driving new business opportunities.
  • Budget Management:
    Experience in managing marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI and efficiency.
